David Bolland joined Plymouth Foam Inc. as director of sales and marketing in March 2003. He assumed the roles of president and COO two years later, shortly after Plymouth Foam's president and vice president both died in an airplane crash. Bolland previously worked at Bemis Manufacturing Co. in Sheboygan Falls, Wis., as international marketing manager and as group product manager for the plumbing products group.
Plymouth is a national provider of expanded-polystyrene-foam building products and of rigid and soft protective foam packaging with manufacturing locations in Wisconsin, Ohio and Minnesota. The Plymouth, Wis.-based firm consists of five divisions: Protective Packaging; OEM (component product and system manufacturing); Building Products Wholesale; Building Products Retail; and PaceMaker Building Systems.
Bolland holds a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA in entrepreneurship and finance from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and serves on the EPS Molders Association's board of directors.
