Quality Machining renames division
CLEVELAND, TENN. - Cleveland-based Quality Machining Services LLC has changed the name of its division that makes pipe corrugation equipment to QMS.
President David Triplett said the change is to clear up any misconceptions that Quality Machining Services is related to a pipe manufacturer with a similar name.
Quality Machining Services will continue to serve the food-packaging and related industries, while QMS will handle the pipe corrugator business.
QMS is building midrange corrugation equipment targeting the dual-wall bell and spigot markets.
The company also is developing a new style of corrugator for the small-diameter conduit, medical and appliance tubing markets.
