RDN Manufacturing Co. Inc. said its Model 440 four-belt puller is designed for heavy-walled profile and pipe in diameters from three-eighths inch to 12 inches.
The puller actually can operate using either four belts, or just two.
A 3-horsepower, alternating-current, flux-vector drive ensures a steady, stable pulling force. A 5- HP drive is optional. A four-speed transmission drives a gear reducer on each belt assembly, with a continuous roller chain. That gives the puller a higher level of torque over a wide range of speeds, said RDN, based in Bloomingdale, Ill.
The 440 uses non-marking, “V” groove belts made from solid neoprene.
