CINCINNATI EXTRUSION GMBH Erich Hauk and Hans Berlisg, two veteran executives of the Vienna, Austria-based machinery maker, retired from the company. Hauk, managing director of sales, was succeeded by Marc Glabisch. Berlisg was succeeded as managing director of marketing and services by Peter Hammer. Also, Hans-Jurgen Matthesius, president of the U.S. unit, said he will remain employed as a consultant with Cincinnati Extrusion Inc. after it has relocated from Erlanger, Ky., to the operations of sister company American Maplan Corp. in McPherson, Kan. He will remain in Kentucky.
