CINCINNATI EXTRUSION GMBH — Erich Hauk and Hans Berlisg, two veteran executives of the Vienna, Austria-based machinery maker, retired from the company. Hauk, managing director of sales, was succeeded by Marc Glabisch. Berlisg was succeeded as managing director of marketing and services by Peter Hammer. Also, Hans-Jurgen Matthesius, president of the U.S. unit, said he will remain employed as a consultant with Cincinnati Extrusion Inc. after it has relocated from Erlanger, Ky., to the operations of sister company American Maplan Corp. in McPherson, Kan. He will remain in Kentucky.

CORE MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES INC. — The composite part molder in Columbus, Ohio, named Terrence O'Donovan vice president of marketing and sales.
DOW CHEMICAL CO. — The resin maker in Midland, Mich., named Pat Dawson Pacific-area president in Shanghai; Earl Shipp president of Dow Chemical IMEA GmbH (operations in India, the Middle East and Africa) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; George Biltz vice president of strategic development and planning, and John Dearborn vice president of the Ras Tanura Integrated Project in Saudi Arabi.
