As a managing director of P&M Corporate Finance (www.pmcf.com) in Southfield, Mich., Matt Jamison is a co-leads the firm's Plastics & Packaging group. He has significant experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, recap transactions, and other financial advisory assignments.
Jamison has worked with private companies, private equity groups, and publicly held corporations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. PMCF focuses on the middle market, and his transaction experience includes most types of plastics processors serving a wide range of end markets including packaging, food and beverage, industrial, medical and pharmaceutical, distribution, consumer products, lawn and garden, building products and transportation.
Jamison has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker to business media and organizations in the plastics and packaging industry on investment banking topics.
Prior to joining PMCF, he worked as an international business consultant and certified public accountant for sister company Plante & Moran PLLC. He earned a bachlor of arts degree in accounting from Hillsdale College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed securities representative, holding Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
