Individual tickets cost $300. Sponsor tables cost $4,000 for a table of eight seats.

There is an order on the NPE2009 Web site, www.npe.org. First, click on “Attend” on the home page. Then click on the Hall of Fame icon down the left-hand side. When that page comes up, click on “Reserve your tickets now!” to print out a form that can be mailed back with payment.
