An internal gauge control for air flow in the bubble via 3-millimeter-wide control zones reduces film thickness variation by at least 50 percent for resin savings. RK1.25 dual PVC pipe die head for production of PVC and chlorinated PVC pipe up to 1 inch in diameter. It allows knit lines of the spider to fuse prior to exiting the die, giving improved properties.
