Yushin America Inc. is offering its RCII series of servo robot, with an optional servo wrist and rotate module.
RCII robots are designed for injection molding machines in clamping forces ranging from 80-650 tons. Its mechanical features have been improved over earlier models, offering increased strokes and rigidity. Other improvements include longer belt life with less wear and a new pre-lubricated gearing design to reduce downtime.
The Yushin robot comes standard with Absolute Encoders, so that if power is lost, the robot will retain its position without requiring a homing cycle.
Yushin, of Cranston, R.I., also released the latest generation of its low-cost servo-pneumatic top-entry robots, the ATC/ATCII series.
