The purchase gives Latrobe, Pa.-based Classic a base for serving medical-device and health-care customers throughout Europe, the firm said in a news release. The operation complements Classic's manufacturing plants in Latrobe; El Paso, Texas; Ponce, Puerto Rico; and Shanghai.
