After working for more than two decades for leading medical products companies and then four years for an industrial design firm, Len Czuba started his own product development firm, Czuba Enterprises Inc. (www.czubaenterprises.com), in the greater Chicagoland area in 2001.
He uses his new product development experience and polymers expertise in working with partner firms to take products, especially medical devices, from concept to market. In all, he now has more than 30 years of experience in polymer synthesis, compounding and material development in the medical device industry.

A 35-year active member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Czuba has been on the board of directors of SPE's Medical Plastics Division since 1985 and has twice served as division chairman. He is now a distinguished member of SPE.
