Glen Embry has been working in the injection molding industry for the past 23 years, and has been a regional manager and consultant trainer for RJG Inc. (www.rjginc.com) since 2008. During his career he has held a variety of positions, including set-up technician, process technician, sampling engineer, technical manager, technical trainer, plant manager, operations manager and vice president of injection molding operations.

Embry has taken many classes and training programs over the years, such as Paulson Training Programs Inc.'s interactive training series, A. Routsis Associates Inc.'s interactive training program, completed an 8,000-hour apprenticeship program and received a “Molder” Journeyman Certificate from the U.S. Department of Labor. He's completed RJG's Master Molder I, Master Molder II and the Train the Trainer (Master Molder III) courses while working at Nypro.
Since becoming certified Embry has trained hundreds of people in scientific molding (decoupled molding) techniques and in the use of cavity pressure technology. He has worked with cavity pressure technology for the past 16 years and has implemented the technology in numerous plants throughout the country. He also has extensive experience in machine testing, mold development, insert molding and automation integration.
