Since 2000 Hotaling has guided companies with sales ranging from $50 million to $3 billion in defining and developing their Asian initiatives. These activities have included strategic and tactical planning, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, creating legal entities, setting up factories, developing management teams and supply chains, arranging strategic partnerships, devising market-entry initiatives, and establishing program-management processes for manufacturing companies in various industries.
Hotaling also previously served as a division CEO and an officer of Scotsman Industries (a former $500 million public company) and executive VP of international operations for Foster Refrigerator (a $100 million private firm) as well as division president of Foster's Australian and Canadian operations.
