Frame, Will

Will Frame leads the paper, plastics and packaging practice at Deloitte Corporate Finance (www.deloitte.com), and has advised on more than $2 billion of merger and acquisition transactions in the sector. He has worked professionally in the United States, Europe and Asia, and specializes in complex cross-border transactions. Based in Chicago, he also leads DCF's cross-border team.

 

Frame, a Scotsman, has been with Deloitte in the U.S. since October 2000. Prior to that he was an assistant director in the corporate finance division of Deloitte & Touche LLP in the United Kingdom, the member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he advised on deals in the U.K. and across mainland Europe.

 

Among the transactions on which he served as lead adviser include:

•    Reynolds Packaging Group on the sale of its medical packaging business;

•    Multi-Color Corp. in its acquisition of Collotype International Holdings Pty. Ltd.;

•    U.S. Corrugated Inc. in its acquisition of select assets of Longview Fibre Inc.;

•    DuniAB in the sale of Duni Americas to Norwest Equity Partners;

•    Four M Investments LLC, in its acquisition of Linpac Inc.

 

He also advised:

 

•    CPI Plastics on the sale of its Film Division to Mid-America Bag LLC; and

•    Chesapeake on the sale of its Boxmore Plastics subsidiary to Pamodzi Investment Holdings

 

Most recently, DCF advised on sale of Appleton Papers Inc.'s film converting subsidiary C&H Packaging Co. Inc. to InterFlex Group Inc.  

 

Frame has a master of arts degree from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, a founding member of Globalscot, and a member of the Securities Institute.
