Equipment maker touts ecoGenesis

Genesis Plastics Welding, a contract manufacturer of radio-frequency welding equipment, is offering its ecoGenesis plastic sealing technology for license.

The Indianapolis company said ecoGenesis allows PVC and polyurethane to be eliminated in products for the military, consumer, automotive and medical sectors.

Genesis has developed heat-sealing technology for RF welding of polyethylene, polypropylene and nearly any low-gloss polymer in film, foam and fabric layers, according to the company.
