Toter Inc.'s plastic cart plant in Del Rio, Texas, was shut down temporarily this week after someone discovered messages on the walls of two bathrooms saying the plant was going to blow up, according to this report from San Antonio's Examiner.com. No bombs were found -- the Val Verde County Sheriff and bomb-sniffing dogs from nearby Laughlin Air Force Base were brought in to investigate, as well as the Drug Enforcement Administration, according to the report. Toter also has a rotational molding plant across the border in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico.
