WASHINGTON (July 25, 11:30 a.m. ET) — The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry of the American Chemistry Council is accepting nominations for the 2011 Polyurethane Innovation Award until Aug. 12.
A wide range of innovations in polyurethane chemistry are eligible for the award, including finished products, initiatives, training or education programs, processes and processing equipment, CPI said.
Finalists will present their innovations at the Polyurethanes 2011 Technical Conference at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville Sept. 26-28, and winners will be announced there.
