ROZENBURG, NETHERLANDS (July 27, 12:15 p.m. ET) — Rozenburg-based Domo Polypropylene BV, a joint venture owned by Oudenaarde, Belgium-based flooring company Domo Group and Israel's Carmel Olefins Ltd. — has changed its name to Ducor Petrochemicals BV.
“The change in name reflects our evolution into a stronger partner in petrochemical products,” said Charles Liran, managing director at Domo Polypropylene. “Our core business as a producer of polypropylene remains unchanged, however.
“We guarantee our customers a flexible supply of a wide range of polypropylene products, which thanks to our strategic alliance with Carmel Olefins, will be extended in the future to create further development opportunities.”
