ESSEX, VT. (Aug. 8, 2:10 p.m. ET) — Hotset America Corp., the North American subsidiary of Hotset GmbH of Lüdenscheid, Germany, is moving from Vermont to Georgia in an expansion move to add production and improve distribution of its industrial heating elements for injection molding, packaging and die-casting machinery.
Hotset America opened in mid-2010 in an office space and small warehouse in Essex, Vt. In August, the company is moving to a 30,000-square-foot facility in Swainsboro, Ga.
“Establishing a solid presence in the American marketplace was a top goal of Hotset,” Managing Director David Cieslica said. The company has been able to design custom heating solutions for some customers.
Its products include cartridge heaters, coil heaters, tubular heaters, nozzle heaters, heated sprue nozzles and temperature controllers.
