Milacron LLC's ServTek aftermarket-parts brand now offers a program called Part-nership, to simplify customers' preventive maintenance efforts.
Part-nership provides customers with packages of replacement parts for their specific machinery needs.
“Scheduled preventative maintenance costs much less than having to make unexpected repairs,” said Dean Roberts, president of Milacron's Americas Aftermarket Services. “We're working with customers to evaluate their systems and provide the parts they need to proactively swap out components before they wear out and cause an expensive system failure.”
A ServTek representative will work with each customer to identify their needs, usage patterns, order history and other specific information. After a customized program has been put in place, Milacron will handle shipping replacement parts.
