DEERFIELD, ILL. (Jan. 5, 12:30 p.m. ET) — Kevin Baudhuin has been appointed president and CEO of Pregis Corp., effective Jan. 1.
Baudhuin replaces Glenn Fischer, who had served as CEO since Feb. 23. Fischer is an operating partner and board member of AEA Investors LP, Pregis' principal investor.
Baudhuin joined Deerfield-based Pregis in December 2007 as president of the company's North American protective packaging business. He was promoted to president of global protective packaging in October 2010.
“Kevin is an experienced leader who has been instrumental in helping Pregis' protective packaging business achieve new milestones during the past four years. In his expanded role, we are confident that he can assist the company in realizing additional growth potential,” Fischer said in a news release.
