WAUSAUKEE, WIS. (Feb. 10, 2:15 p.m. ET) – David Lisle, president and CEO of Wausaukee Composites Inc., will leave the company on March 31, the firm announced Feb. 10.
Lisle has served in the post since 2002, during which time the firm grew from 150 employees at two plant locations to more than 450 employees at four plant locations.
The Wausaukee-based company said Lisle is leaving on good terms, following the completion of the sale of the company to Sintex Industries Ltd. of Kalol, India.
“Wausaukee Composites wishes to thank Dave for his leadership and service to the company, and we wish him great success in his future endeavors,” the company said in a news release.
Wausaukee Composites makes highly engineered composite and fiberglass components using open molding, light resin transfer molding, vacuum infusion molding, resin transfer molding, vacuum assisted resin transfer molding, sheet molding compound, liquid composite molding, and reaction injection molding.
