WAUSAUKEE, WIS. (March 6, 2:30 p.m. ET) — Edward Trueman has been named president and CEO of Wausaukee Composites Inc., a subsidiary of Sintex Industries Ltd.
Trueman most recently was chairman of Trueman International Group, a Washington-based consultancy focused on biotechnology and eco-friendly technology. He previously served as chairman, president and CEO of JER Envirotech Ltd. a biopolymers composites manufacturing company.
Trueman will replace David Lisle at the North American group headquarters in Wausaukee.
Trueman has a bachelor of science degree in economics from Eastern Michigan University, and he is active in the Society of Plastics Engineers.
Lisle had announced in February that he was leaving the company on March 31, following the completion of the sale of the company to Kalol, India-based Sintex Industries.
