Netzsch Instruments North America LLC of Burlington, Mass., which makes thermal analysis testing instruments, has introduced several new products:
• The TG 209 F1 Libra thermobalance allows for analyses to be done faster and more accurately than before, the company said. It does not need to do time-consuming baseline determinations prior to measurement. Instead, a BeFlat function automatically compensates for any external factors that influence the measurement.
• The industrial DEA 288 Epsilon instruments, which use a modular concept to study curing behavior of thermosetting resins, adhesives, paints and coatings. Thanks to more-powerful processors and other features, the unit cuts the data acquisition time by more than 90 percent.
