NORTHFIELD, N.J. – William Petrino, president of blow molding equipment supplier Jomar Corp., died April 20 at age 65. He was awaiting a bone marrow transplant.
Petrino led the Pleasantville, N.J.-based company for 30 years. Jomar's injection blow molding machines go into a variety of markets, including pharmaceutical, health care, personal care, beauty, food, beverage and household products.
The family said in a statement: "Throughout his many years of travel, Bill built relationships with people from across the globe based upon his charm, humor and love of life. His personality changed customers and employees into lifelong friends. Next to his family, Bill's greatest joy was going to work every day with the people he considered 'the greatest crew in the industry.'"
He is survived his wife Denise. Services are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on May 1 at St. Gianna Beretta Molla Catholic Church in Northfield.
