LAKE GENEVA, WIS. — Steven A. Dyer has been appointed president and CEO of Trostel Ltd., the company announced May 28.
Trostel most recently served as president and CEO of Dickten Masch Plastics LLC, part of his 20 years of leadership experience. Dickten Masch grew from a regional molder with $47 million in annual sales to a company with operations in four states and overseas and annual sales of $175 million, according to Trostel.
“Steve is a proven leader, and I'm confident in his ability to drive the growth and operational excellence that is critical to success in today's manufacturing environment,” said Trostel Chairman J. Douglas Gray.
Trostel manufactures custom seals, precision molded rubber products and custom rubber compounds for North American and European markets. The company operates a research and development center at its headquarters in Lake Geneva and has facilities in Whitewater, Wis.; McAllen, Texas; and Reynosa, Mexico.
Dyer earned a bachelor's and master's degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
