TORONTO — KraussMaffei Group generated sales of $1.4 billion in 2013, according to the annual report from Onex Corp., the Toronto-based private equity company that owns the plastics machinery manufacturer.
KraussMaffei Group's cost of sales were $1.1 billion.
Onex bought Munich-based KraussMaffei Group in December 2012. The Onex annual report, released Feb. 20, did not include KraussMaffei's 2012 sales.
Onex's fiscal year ends Dec. 31.
Onex also reported results for Jeld-Wen Inc., the window and door fabricator in Klamath Falls, Ore. Jeld-Wen 2013 sales were $3.5 billion, a 9 percent increase from $3.2 billion in 2012. Cost of sales was $2.9 billion.
Onex also owns machinery maker Davis-Standard LLC, but the annual report did not include details about its sales.
