Gerold Schley, a longtime executive of Milacron LLC, will become the president and CEO of extruder maker Battenfeld-Cincinnati Group, based in Vienna.
Schley, 54, takes the top spot at Battenfeld-Cincinnati effective Jan. 1. CFO Michael von Cappeln has acted as interim president and CEO following the resignation of Jürgen Arnold.
Battenfeld-Cincinnati has factories in Vienna; Bad Oeynhausen and Kempen in Germany; Shunde, China and McPherson, Kan.

At Milacron, Schley was vice president of China operations, and managing director of its Ferromatik Milacron GmbH subsidiary in Malterdingen, Germany.
Separately, Milacron announced a new managing director of Ferromatik Milacron: Denis Poelman. He has worked at Milacron as managing director of DME Europe since 2008, and he has experience in international sales, marketing and operations. Poelman holds a master's degree in political science from the University of Brussels.
