Sweden's Indutrade AB has purchased all the shares in Belgium's Verbeeck Packaging Group.
Verbeeck of Wilrijk, Belgium, specializes in packaging for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and household goods, with 5 million euros ($6.14 million) in annual sales.
Indutrade's Netherlands-based company Aluglas has worked closely with Verbeeck on past projects.
Indutrade companies supply the market with technical components and systems, while carrying out service activities.
Verbeeck will now become part of Indutrade Benelux in Indutrade's Special Products business area. Indutrade states that the acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on its earnings per share.
Stockholm-based Industrade posted 8.8 billion Swedish krona ($1.14 billion) in sales in 2013.
