Routine and standardization is key for companies making safety critical medical and automotive parts.
So it probably shouldn't be too big of a surprise that GW Plastics takes those practices very seriously. But the company is taking it to the max. Not only do they have matching machines and processes, but identical lobbies for its facilities in Vermont, Arizona, Texas, Mexico and China.
President and CEO Brenan "Ben" Riehl explains the reasoning during a visit to its headquarters in Bethel, Vt., in the video above.
