Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co. Ltd. has fully launched its production base in Wusha, China, which now houses its entire production of injection molding presses, including HPM machines.
The company announced the news last month, noting the consolidated one-site production for its injection press business unit boosts operational efficiency.
The Wusha site, consisting of two connected three-story buildings, now boasts total manufacturing space of 66,752 square meters. With monthly production capacity of 1,000 presses, Wusha solves Yizumi's production bottleneck to meet market demand and growing sales, the company said in a statement.
Yizumi expects the new site to accommodate growth in the next five to 10 years and support it overseas expansion.
In addition to plastic injection molding presses, Yizumi also makes semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding machines (under the HPM brand), die casting machines, rubber production equipment and automation equipment.
Yizumi also operates a 80,000-square-meter production base at its headquarters in Shunde, as well as a 33,213-square-meter site in Suzhou.
