Bartlesville, Okla. — Thomas “Tucker” Harrison, a long-time executive with Phillips Petroleum Co. and its chemical businesses, died March 21 due to complications from Parkinson's disease and pancreatic cancer. He was 77.
Harrison began his career with Phillips in 1964 as a commercial artist. After a 30-year career at Phillips in advertising and marketing, he founded Vista Group, a marketing consulting firm in Bartlesville with clients including Phillips 66 and Chevron Phillips Chemical Corp.
Harrison had a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Oklahoma. He was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Bartlesville, and he was active in little league baseball, Bartlesville Jaycees, Little Theater, Bartlesville Civic Ballet, Price Tower Restoration and OK Mozart.
He is survived by Janice Harrison, his wife of 56 years. Services were held March 26 in Bartlesville.
