International Automotive Components announced April 20 the promotion of Maurice Sessel and Kelli Carney to run its North American and European operations, respectively.
Sessel, formerly vice president of global engineering, and Carney, former senior vice president of procurement and information technology at IAC will report to COO Brian Pour — who was named to that post April 18.
IAC is incorporated in Luxembourg, but its operational headquarters is in Southfield, Mich.
"This new leadership structure is intended to better align with IAC's strategic direction," said IAC's global President and CEO Steve Miller. "Maurice has invaluable knowledge of the North American automotive industry that will drive IAC's business strategy in the region."
Pour previously was IAC's senior vice president of manufacturing, a global role which he began in 2015. Prior to that, he was vice president of North Asia. In that role, he took IAC from one plant in the region in 2007 to nearly 30 locations and a dozen customers in Asia.
