Aerospace and defense supplier AGC AeroComposites has acquired Cleveland partner companies North Coast Composites and North Coast Tool and Mold Corp.
Hayden, Idaho-based AGC announced the deal July 12.
North Coast Composites manufactures resin transfer molded and vacuum-assisted resin transfer molded components and has experience in the aero engine sector, the news release indicates. North Coast Tool and Mold Corp.'s services include resin transfer molds, lay-up molds, compression molds and plastic injection molds.
In addition to its Idaho plant, AGC AeroComposites operates three facilities in the United Kingdom, according to its website. The company is owned by Oklahoma City-based private equity firm Acorn Growth Cos.
