The PCI Wood Mackenzie consulting firm will host its third Annual Chemicals Conference in Houston on Oct. 18.
The one-day event “will take (attendees) through the entire value chain driving North America's chemical revival,” officials with the Houston-based firm said. The conference features more than 15 speakers and includes interactive Q&A sessions and networking opportunities.
The first part of the event will feature presentations from materials firms Dow Chemical and Shell Chemical, as well as plastics processing giant Berry Plastics. That session will be followed by Wood Mackenzie's own experts covering the global economy and crude oil and natural gas market outlooks, as well as markets for olefins, polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyls and styrene.
