Adams Engineers & Equipment is celebrating its 25th anniversary. With a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA, Cliff Adams decided to take his plastics industry experience — including seven years running an injection molding facility — and move in a new direction. So, in 1991, he moved to the sales and support side of the plastics industry and established the rep firm.
The company began with two employees, doubled its size within two years, and has continued to grow over the years to the current staffing of eight.
Adams became Engel's regional sales reps for the Southeastern United States in 2009.
