New Castle, Pa. — Nordson Corp.'s Polymer Processing System business segment has a new manufacturers' representative firm covering the mid-Atlantic states, Thomas Technology Group, with a team headed by machinery veteran David Citron.
TTG will handle sales and service in Delaware, New Jersey, eastern New York and eastern Pennsylvania, for Nordson's line of Xaloy screws and barrels, and BKG melt delivery products such as screen changers, gear pumps and pelletizers.
TTG, founded in 1978, is based in Marblehead, Mass.
Citron, who joined Thomas Technology Group last year, is the manager of the rep firm's newly formed Plastics Equipment Group.
Citron's experience includes serving as vice president of sales and marketing for extrusion systems maker American Kuhne Inc.
“David brings more than 30 years of experience in technical sales and management with leading extrusion OEMs, and TTG has represented top web converting and extrusion equipment suppliers for just as long,” said Rob Cook, Nordson manager of processor sales in North America. “Their new plastics team will provide increased access to Nordson PPS technologies and will be prepared to supply customers looking for a single source of multiple melt processing components.”
Nordson is based in Westlake, Ohio.
