Market veteran Scott Anderson has joined compounding firm Polymer Resources Ltd. as chief operating officer.
Anderson has more than 25 years plastics experience in leading global profit and loss (P&L) functions, commercial teams, strategic pricing, product management, marketing and global commercial operations, at Saudi Basic Industries Corp. and its predecessor firm GE Plastics.
Les Klein — owner of Farmington, Conn.-based Polymer Resources — described Anderson as “a natural leader and proven plastics industry expert who knows what it takes to succeed.”
“His track record of listening to customers and understating their needs, empowering employees, and creating a winning environment to deliver outstanding results speaks for itself,” Klein added in a news release.
