Washington — NPE2018 appears to be tracking ahead of the last show, held in 2015.
The number of companies committed to participate in the space draw for the 2018 show is up 25 percent over the last show, according to the Plastics Industry Association, the show organizer.
The space draw will be held March 20-22 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando, Fla.
The event is open to all companies that plan to exhibit at NPE2018, which is scheduled for May 7-11, 2018 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
Exhibit space requested for the 2018 show now exceeds 925,000 square feet, according to the association, which projects that more than 2,000 companies will exhibit at the show next year..
“The global plastics industry continues to flourish and that's reflected in the remarkable pre-NPE2018 space draw interest in booth space we've seen generated for NPE2018,” said President and CEO Bill Carteaux, in a news release.
“We anticipate NPE2018 will break the records we set in 2015 and continue to be a hub of innovation, technology and learning for the industry.”
