At Fakuma, Milacron Holdings Corp. will display its injection molding machinery, Mold-Masters hot runners and control systems, DME mold components including TIRAD mold bases, and Milacron Direct industrial supplies.
Milacron will exhibit at Hall B3, Booth 3203. The company will focus on automotive, medical, packaging and technical applications.
Injection molding cells at Fakuma include the all-electric Elektron EVO 110 running a four-cavity Zahoransky mold turnout of medical syringe inserts on a 14-second cycle time; a Magna toggle servo 200-970 molding a single-cavity mold making an automotive surface part using MuCell foaming in a 52-second cycle; and a Ferromatik 360 press running a four-cavity container mold on a four-second cycle.
In other Fakuma highlights, Milacron will show the Mold-Masters Summit-Series of hot runner nozzle, made of stainless steel, for molding shear and temperature-sensitive resins such as polycarbonate, polyoxymethlyene (POM) and polybutylene terephthalate. Also at Fakuma: the new Mold-Masters DURA+ hot runner for automotive lighting; the Mold-Masters E-Multi secondary injection unit; the lineup of Mold-Masters TempMaster controls and the Mold-Masters SPRINT hot runner system for closures with new color-change gating clips.
From DME, the company will show the new TruCool line of products and TIRAD mold bases, featuring large bases with plate lengths up to 1.5 by 2.3 meters.
