Cranberry Township, Pa. — Larry Doyle has left Conair Group, where he was president. A 30-year veteran of the auxiliary equipment maker, Kirk Winstead, is the new president.
Doyle joined Conair in 2006 as vice president of global sales and marketing. Conair promoted him to president in 2012.
Chris Keller, CEO of IPEG Inc. the owner of Conair, said May 29 was Doyle's last day at the auxiliary equipment company. Keller said he would not comment on why Doyle left.
Doyle, contacted via LinkedIn, said: "I don't have a comment other than I wish everyone at Conair and IPEG all the best."
Winstead also will continue to be president and chief operating officer of IPEG. He worked for 27 years at Rapid Granulator in technical, sales and management positions, becoming CEO. Rapid was a member of IPEG until it was sold in 2015.
Winstead then became chief operating officer of IPEG. He added the IPEG president's role in January 2017.
