Marion, Ky. — Injection molder Par 4 Plastics Inc. has launched a new brand identity, including a new logo.
"The new identity at Par 4 Plastics will not only be easily recognized in the industry but has generated a heightened level of team moral internally," said President Tim Capps, in a news release. "Respect to the company's founder, Joe McDaniel, was very prevalent during this process. Joe was an avid golfer and his love and pride for this company was sustained as it was important to him to have an image that our customers would always remember."
The logo icon is comprised of four individual pieces that come together to form one entity, a nod to the Par 4 name and the teamwork put forth by all employees. The negative space within the icon carves out the number '4' that resembles a golf flag.
"Our new branding will position us for growth opportunities with valued customers, vendors, and partners," Capps said.
Marion-based Par 4 is the third largest injection molder in Kentucky, according to the most recent Plastics News ranking, with sales of $25.4 million. The company has two plants with 46 presses ranking from 85 to 1,150 tons of clamping force. End markets include automotive, electrical/electronics, packaging, building/construction, consumer products and recreational/sporting goods.
