The first Automotive Materials Summit is set for Gothenburg, Sweden, in May, bringing together a host of automotive suppliers and automakers to discuss the latest developments within the industry.
The event, organized by Plastics News Europe and Plastics News publisher Crain Global Polymer Group will cover three materials — plastics, polyurethanes and rubber — used by automotive OEMs.
Set to run alongside the Automotive News Europe Congress, the one-day event will be held May 23, at the Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg. Automotive News Europe is a sister publication of PN and PNE.
The summit, said the organizers, will provide a platform for the global polymer industry to gather information and exchange ideas about material trends, auto sales forecasting, geographic growth areas and new technologies.
