A memorial service is scheduled for Jan. 13 for Bill Carteaux, the longtime head of the Plastics Industry Association, who died Dec. 10 after a nearly three-year fight with acute myeloid leukemia.
The Celebration of Life service will be held in Washington, D.C., in the Atrium Ballroom of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. The event is scheduled to take place Sunday, Jan. 13, from 1-3 p.m.
His family asks friends and family who plan to attend to RSVP.
Carteaux, 59, had led the association since 2005, moving to Washington D.C. to assume leadership of the group after a long career in the plastics machinery industry.
