Geon Performance Materials now has a three-generation family at its plant in Orangeville, Ontario.
Eric Maclean recently began working at the plant as a scheduler after starting there as an intern. Eric's mom, Patti Maclean, also works at the plant, as did her dad, Eric's grandfather John (Josh) Morrison.
Eric Maclean's father, an aunt and two uncles also have worked at the Orangeville site, either for Geon or its predecessor firm BFGoodrich Co. In total, the Maclean and Morrison families have worked at the plant for more than 65 years.
On a recent LinkedIn post, Geon officials said that Eric Maclean "comes from a family with a storied history at Geon."
