Bulldog Pipe is investing nearly $7 million to renovate a vacant industrial site in North Carolina. The fledgling company got its start just a few months into the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. It extrudes high density polyethylene pipe for telecom, power utility, electrical and the oil and gas markets.

Steve Toloken also reported that the U.S. Plastics Pact is lagging behind on their own targets for recycled content in plastic packaging, meaning that it won't meet all of their 2025 goals.
