The Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum has grown to become one of the premier events for female professionals in the plastics industry. With a mission to help support and nurture the growth of women into leadership positions, the conference fulfills that with a full schedule of presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions and numerous networking opportunities over two days. 

This year’s event promises to be even more special. Plastics News is adding more detailed, in-depth breakout tracks on the first afternoon of the conference that will help both female and male professionals find additional success.  Breakout sessions will be categorized by type of professional: There are tracks on applying technical skills, on sales and marketing, and on human resources and communications topics.
