Alejandro Rodriguez: Principal, Country Manager Mexico at Plante Moran
I'm the Mexico country manager, and I specialize in helping clients explore, establish, startup, and operate business ventures in Mexico and Latin America. I mainly advise manufacturing & distribution companies that range in size from privately held middle-market businesses looking to complete their first international venture to multinational corporations with global operations.
Eugenio Calderón: VP, International at M. Holland Company
Calderón is responsible for overseeing M. Holland’s international businesses in Mexico and Latin America while coordinating the international expansion of its Distribution and Resale business units. A native of Mexico, Calderón has held several management and executive roles, both in the U.S. and Latin America. Most recently, he worked at Illinois Tool Works (ITW), where he spent five of his eight years managing the welding segment for Mexico and Latin America. Prior to ITW, he worked as Sales and Business Development Manager at Hilti, a global leader in the construction tool industry, located in Mexico City, Mexico.
Dwight Morgan: EVP, Corprate Development at M.Holland Company
Dwight is responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and marketing processes. He also oversees M. Holland’s international operations. He joined M. Holland in February 2015 and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Dwight began his career in plastics with M.A. Hanna Co., a predecessor to PolyOne Corp., where he held a succession of corporate development and general management roles.
