The Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum will take place in a virtual format November 17-19. The Forum has a mission to support and nurture the growth of female professionals in the plastics industry as they move to positions of greater responsibility. The conference includes discussions on such areas as leadership, navigating the workplace, cultural and gender differences, mentoring and training, and succeeding in a primarily male-dominated environment.
