Schlaadt Plastics, a global leader in expanded foam technology, is now accepting applications for Assistant Plant Manager in our New Bern, North Carolina EPS shape molding facility. <br/><br/>-Responsibilities: Conduct and maintain day to day operation. Ensure quality processes. Oversees the implementation of safety and preventative maintenance programs. Work together with the Production Manager to ensure facility requirements. Work cohesively with direct report. <br/><br/>-Requirements: Technical Engineering degree preferred, but not required. 5-10 Years operational experience in a manufacturing facility. Plastics parts fabrication experience preferred. Must be able to plan, organize, and communicate with a wide range of customers.
