SencorpWhite, Hyannis MA. is seeking a Process Technician to serve as a liaison<br/>between the Customer, Project Management & Manufacturing during the FAT and<br/>SAT. Must be customer-focused and represent SencorpWhite in a positive and<br/>professional image.<br/><br/>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<br/>- Perform process debug prior to customer arrival for FAT <br/>- Verify changes requested by customer during FAT prior to shipment <br/>- Conduct SAT activity at the customers facility<br/>- Assist project manager to obtain machine acceptance sign-off<br/>- Promptly resolve customer issues and maintain good communication<br/>- Anticipated travel up to 50%, some international travel required<br/><br/>Experience Preferred:<br/>- Knowledge of Thermoforming and/or packaging equipment preferred <br/>- 5+ yrs. of previous operation, maintenance & thermoforming process experience strongly desired.<br/><br/>How to Apply: Interested candidates please email resume to: [email protected]
